"Pros: Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location, very near to beach, tram stop and restaurants. Really enjoyed staying here.
Very useful having private garage.
Cons: Narrow spiral staircase leading up to apartment, fine for us but may not suit everyone. Lift available but a little temperamental, got stuck in it on couple of occassions but could get it working in end.
Would benefit from an extra hand towel in toilet, and a bath mat. Tap in toilet quite difficult to turn on.
Unpleasantl smell when first entering flat but after airing went away.
Overall very comfortable apartment."

"Pros: We were in the very spacious room for a family of 4. We had a terrace overlooking the seaside (tram line and promenade).
For the price and for Belgium, we found the breakfast very nice. One can have bacon, eggs, pancakes, variety of cold cuts and cereals, yoghurts, fruits, jams, etc.
The pool, although a bit cold and on the small side, is an added value when travelling with kids.
Cons: The beds were not comfortable- mattress too soft- but this is very personal.
Front desk staff wasn't particularly nice and welcoming, but not too bad either.
The hallways, elevators and common areas seem a bit dates but they seem to be renovating."
