"Pros: The house was immaculate. Very recent restoration done to a high standard. The location was great for our road trip. There are two double bedrooms and 4 single beds in the roof room. 2 bathrooms, a big well equipped kitchen with large dining table and a nice lounge area for when it gets a bit cold outside. Loads of parking and two superb restaurants which due to a concert, were unfortunately fully booked. But the terrace kindly did us a limited choice and boxed it up to take back to the house. The waiter couldn’t have helped us more. Cons: Nothing. Everything was superb." ~Trevor

"Pros: The house is just fantastic! Very tasteful and good quality design, beautiful old sculptures and artwork, it is beautiful and very well equipped (especially the kitchen! nothing is missing). The rooms are comfortable. Also in the summer heat the house is pleasantly cool. We enjoyed the terrace. It is located on historic abbaye grounds, so the surroundings are exceptional. We really enjoyed the restaurant, kids loved the farm animals and the gardens and the overall feel of the place is jūst superb. Cons: all was great" ~Rasma
