"Pros: The location was great for Spa Francorchamp track and local shops. Cons: Having been a user of Booking.com for 20 years and a genius member, I have never found a booking process more misleading. Tried to charge us for an extra person when we clearly stated it was for two people. Refused a refund when the matter couldn't be settled. Agreed a compromise. Read the small print for this place very carefully before you book. The place is pretty sparse compared to other similar places I have stayed in. There are no towels, evidently you are supposed to bring your own in Belgium which is new on me !. Also only half a roll of toilet paper, no spare and nothing in the fridge or cupboards. Definitely wouldn't pass an Airbnb test. All in all, good location nice but bare chalet, but won't be staying there again." ~Bishopsrock
