"Pros: The apartment was even nicer than I expected. There is an incredible panoramic view of Leuven through the windows of the apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment was well furnished and equipped. Having the bar/café downstairs was especially nice. The location is also very nice and within walking distance of the city center. Cons: Using the app to be able to unlock the elevator in the evenings to go up to the apartment did not work as there is no signal inside the elevator. So, I had to ask for help at the bar or take the stairs a few times until I was given a badge to unlock the elevator in the evenings. The staff said they are working on resolving this issue though. Only other minor issues with the apartment were that it did not come with any soap for washing hands or dishes and that the bathroom with the shower was not as nice as the rest of the apartment." ~David

"Pros: Have stayed here before so knew it was going to be very clean and comfortable .Great having washer and dryer available in the suite. Check in was easy and good commuication with hosts. Cons: Not a complaint but stairs up to appartment could be an issue for someone with mobility issues .Very steep." ~Heather
