"Pros: I liked everything, the place is lovely Cons: On arrival, there was no reception or anyone in the place to ask. If there is nobody, I expect hosts to send checkin instructions ahead of time I had to call them, and the landlord didn't seem to know what I was talking about. After a second call they provided instructions to collect the keys. All this consumed my sim card credit as it was an international call Considering the keys were in a keybox locker and the apartment is very well organised for self checking, the mess could've been avoided with a simple message in through the Booking platform with check-in instructions" ~Mariano

"Pros: The property is in a great location from which to visit the Waterloo battlefield and museums. The main museum is 10 mins up the road. The gite is located in a pleasant little village within an easy walk of Gnappe (10-15mins) where you can get groceries etc. Cons: How we collected the keys could have been made a bit clearer. We were asked when we would be arriving but no one was there to greet us. After waiting for a while we phoned the host who then gave us the code to the lock box. They could have messaged all this before we arrived." ~James

"Pros: We were constantly surprised by how cool this property was. We definitely want to come back with a bigger group and enjoy the courtyard and gardens more. The design is outstanding.
