"Pros: Good if you have your own car. Cons: Location is not suitable for anyone without a car. No super market around the area, no restaurants that accept reservations to dine in. There is no one available at the apartment to meet to get keys and you need to trouble others to get access to the lady who has the keys. It definitely creates panic.
