"Pros: I like the location, and the home itself was nice with all facilities. It had a dishwasher and tumble dryer which was handy. Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the apartment was located on a main road which it is a bit busy and the fact that garden has no fence felt no secure and you couldn’t open the windows at night for some fresh air. Also there was one bathroom which was quite far from the bedrooms during night time. Also the neighbors upstairs were a bit loud at night and u can hear them so was a bit not comfortable to fall asleep. The other thing I didn’t like was that i did a booking for the full month of august and then i wanted to change from 15 July until 25 of august but i wasn’t able to change in booking.com so I contacted the owner and she said to add the July booking and she will refund me the rest of the days when we go there but when we went there she pretended to not speak proper English and forget about the whole situation and never refunded the money . Felt not fair and a big lesson to not trust but do things officially." ~Doloreza
