"Pros: It waw close to the metro as well as a supermarket and some restaurants. The automatic door with a code spares you the need to carry a key around. It was clean and the communication was good. Cons: There is no elevetor and the stairs are really narrow so you have to be careful going up and down especially with suitcases it's difficult. The area is not the best, there were strangers sitting on the steps smoking every single time we came back we had to ask them to get up so we can go in.
