"Pros: The location was ideal and the house was very very nice. The hosts were easily reachable and friendly/accommodating. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Cons: We stayed with two very small children and found the open stairs dangerous for them in the night so we improvised a baby gate so that they couldn't fall down in the night if they woke up. There is only a railing on the side of the wall. You have to climb down the stairs to use the bathroom in the night. This is probably only interesting for people with small children or mobility issues, but good to know. The drain in the bathroom could be modernised, a few small things needed to be replaced (garden chair, knife, pots), and the floors upstairs felt dirty underfoot." ~Claire
