Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The details of this card must match the ones of the reservation's holder. In case of advance payment required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of guest and presented at time of check in. Please note that the use of swimwear is compulsory in the sauna. Please note that the fitness area is open 24 hours a day. However, the swimming pool and sauna are not. Please note that as per the 1st of February 2017 a Low Emission Zone will be active in Antwerp city centre. This may result in additional costs for certain vehicle types. Cars without a Belgian or Dutch number plate are required to register before entering the low emission zone. Please check the conditions beforehand. Children between 12 and 18 years of age are charged EUR 40 per night when using existing beds. Please note that massage is available upon availability.
