"Pros: The location could not be better nor more central - located on Astridplein, the hotel faces the train station (and the Zoo right next to it), sits on top of a metro station, and the airport bus stops right there on the square. The main street (Keiserlei, which turns into Meir) is meters away, and the Chocolate Nation museum and shop is in the same building. The hotel's parking is comparable in pricing to the nearby private parking facility, but with the added convenience of being able to come and go as you like throughout your stay. The view from the breakfast room, and from rooms facing the square, is spectacular. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym are very reliable; I've never experienced either of them being closed.
Cons: We usually stay a night or two at this hotel every year, and their EV chargers have never worked properly. This ultimately results in a lot of back and forth, moving the car, and ultimately failing to get it charged, which is frustrating, Being able to charge overnight would add significant value to our stay."

"Pros: Beautiful terrace, breathtaking view on zoo and railway station. Flat is modern, a lot of digital entertainment. WiFi over 300mbs.
Cons: Whole house is pretty old, terrible elevators. Small and I've got stuck 3 times during 2 days. But after all it's not a fault of owner of this apartment 😉"
