"Pros: Great location for unique and quality shopping. It was reasonably clean and was comfortable for one night.
Cons: The kitchen table and one of the chairs were broken. The underside of the table was also sticky.
Also, it is a bit odd having a three bedroom apartment with the toilet on one floor and the shower on another. Was fine for one night, but it wouldn't be as comfortable for a longer time for our group. The amenities were as described, but at a very basic level." ~Jennifer
"Pros: Not a single thing
Cons: This apartment is owned by a disinterested property management company who apparently have over 200 properties. The apartment is sad, not very clean and minimally appointed with Ikea junk. No toilet paper and the water heater did not work
The check in staff are only available from 2-9 pm in an offsite office. The listing says the office where you check in is close to the apartment – this is not true. It’s about 1.5 km away. That’s a good distance to drag your bag.
There's a prior “mandatory to be able to check in” web registration is required. The website did not work for me, and I kept getting nagging emails from the property management despite reporting the issue via booking.com (no help or reply from Booking, unsurprisingly). Then they sent the same nagging messages on WhatsApp.
Check in staff were creepy and rude. The woman checking in before us had a local friend with her, and was told that under no circumstances was the friend allowed to even enter the property since she had only booked for 1 person, “and we have cameras so we will know if you do.”
There was a long wait at check in, and the guy was angry and impolite, insisted that the apt did not have a washing machine as advertised (it does) and responded "You don't know what you're talking about" when I said it was in the room description." ~Jennifer
