"Pros: I loved having a door code to get into the building and getting the keys from the lock box directly outside the unit's door saved us the considerable time and hassle of having to go to a rental agency to wait in line and pick up keys (which we had to do with another rental property in Antwerp). This door-code/ lockbox approach was wonderful! Cons: We requested and were granted an early checkin that wasn't communicated to cleaning staff and ended up having to wait until just after the website stated checkin time to retrieve keys and get into the apartment. While frustrating at the time, it was a completely understandable miscommunication that didn't really take away from our overall enjoyment of the property." ~Emily
