"Pros: Clean, good repair, AC, overall quiet, loved sitting balcony with distant ocean view. Immediate neighborhood great. Pleasant colorful gardens on property. Representative Joan on sight pleasant and gracious. Great wifi.
Communication issues, but appeared partly due to Booking.com interface. not all pre arrival ? answered, voice mail plus texts on arrival day not answered until next day. Coverts from 1 to 2 Bdrm and we clearly wanted 2 bdrms. Arrived to 1 bdrm (2 doors locked) and slept 1st night on couch. 3rd day there got email about my check in time, odd. Basic kitchen needs new non stick pan"

"Pros: Check in and check out are very easy and convenient. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. We had everything that was needed in the apartment. Parking on the site. AC is in both rooms. 5 min walk to supermarket and the nearest beach. But we preferred walking until Batts rock beach or driving to Holetown or Speightstown. There is a laundry room, you can ask for the iron for your stuff. In the morning we could watch hummingbirds and parrots in the small front garden.
Cons: Only a few things could be improved. When we arrived we didn't find any piece of soap for hand washing after a long trip. Our son slept in the living room on the sofa and he claimed on a very loud refrigerator, it disturbed his dream at nights sometimes. The mini safe was broken, the host tried to fix the problem, but needed more time for that. Wifi wasn't stable, we couldn't watch YouTube or any apps on TV due to poor signal, but for us it wasn't a problem, actually it was a happy week without YouTube)))"
