"Pros: Stunning property, walk onto the beach. Spectacular kitchen and so much space to just 'be'. Easy to be together or find your own space. Just 4 of us but with six it would be the same ability to be on your own or all together as you feel. Great for supermarket and exploring the west coast, not for you if you want bars and clubs. Definitely for you if you want chill and the sun to set at your feet every evening. Cons: ???" ~Gideon
