From helping us plan our arrival to offering local recommendations and just amazing communication overall, the service felt more like a high-end resort than a rental. "Pros: The staff are so friendly and kind. The cleanliness. the facilities, the pool is lovely. every part of this hotel is perfect. The new pub is a super addition to the hotel (pint of red is the shout). We had a classic suite which is a very good size with excellent kitchen facilities. Cons: Honestly cannot find a negative. people have mentioned the road before in other reviews but it really isn't bad at all." ~Graham
