"Pros: The apartments were good spacious, the beige wood theme was cool. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Not expecting a 5 star hotel type of service or cleanliness, but when I checked in my apartment the chairs were dirty. The stove and sink were damaged. They asked me for a 20BHD deposit for any damages and I requested someone to come and inspect the room with me. He proceeds to ignore all the questions I ask him regarding the damages that were ALREADY in the room. Receptionists were inhospitable in fact rude and only cared about tips. They don’t provide extra pillows and blankets in case you ask for more they will tell you it’s already in the dusty cabinets. After a long argument they decided to bring only the covers… + none will assist you to set up the sofa bed. Luggage trolleys were absolutely disgusting needs immediate sanitizing." ~Abdulla

"Pros: The Hotel is clean 👌 a quiet place and the staff is friendly and helpful 👌 has a 🏊‍♂️ pool and 🏋️‍♂️ what I like is the all mentioned is included in room fees, also the location of its center where you can find Lulu and some restaurants and medical services near you.
