"Pros: It was great staying at Qusar Park Resort, We have booked 3 Bedroom Chalet for 6 people but there was only 1 bathroom ( Booking.com mentioned 2 full bathrooms + 1 Chalet ) in that particular chalet so we requested alternate and in response to our request to Ms Sevinc ( Reception lady ) immdiatly called GM of hotel Mr. Ruslan who is very humble and polite guy immediatly changed and allot us 2 Chalets adjacent to spa and restaurant, which was more convinient. Thanks to Mr Ruslan and Ms Sevinc,,
Further, Restaurant is also good and We got service from Mr. Sardar and Mr Tahir who were best at their service. Also spa manager ( i forgot his name ) was very prompt and polite in service.
Overall I must say staff at Qusar park are 5 / 5 and need appreciation.
Cons: Bathrooms could be more renovated and there needs to be Golf cart for internal travel from chalets to Facilities as it is huge and hilly area so lot of efforts required if one is placed far from restaurant.
House keeping needs to be improved, there was used plated in balcony of chalet which were used by earlier guests but not cleared even during our stay of 3 days."
