Although I and 2 friends of mine went to the hotel in one of the most crowded periods of the year, but still the cleanliness of the facilities, quality of the food, the staff’s hospitality etc was extremely high. There was a staff appointed who was responsible for each client. The staff was one of the kindest people I have ever met in hotels. The last day we lost our car’s keys and almost lost our hope of finding them given the enormous size of the hotel. However, in the shortest time of one hour, the staff called us and let know that they found. So kudos to hotel administration!" ~Javid
