"Pros: Customer service is top notch and they are available all the time to your inquiries and I used WhatsApp to communicate most of the time as it's far easier than meeting by person. They helped us to find some shops, told us about some nice locations and whenever we asked something they promptly responded. .
The room was big and easy to manage our large luggage without worrying.
Cons: The room where we stayed was having glasses and more open to outside. So we had to cover them properly using some of the pins (btw, they have used curtains) . At a time, I felt like strangers were coming to the hotel and at some point I felt like it was not secured at all to stay there, but after being there for 2 days I felt, the hotel is somewhat trying to manage everything and had security cameras as well.
Second thing, is the bed...my opinion is it's not that much comfy to sleep. They should be concerned about this. Otherwise the stay is really good. And also need to be concerned that all the utilities available in the room should be maintained well, I saw uncleaned items such as old dustbin baskets."
