"Pros: The location was good, close to a metro and many good restaurants and supermarkets near by. There was a lift, which was helpful. It was warm and cosy (we were there in November). Cons: We have stayed in 17 apartments across Europe and Asia in the last 6 months, and this apartment was the worst by far. The apartment was not clean and many items were broken and need fixing or replacing such as the hairdryer, towel rail, lightbulbs. The pictures show rugs and carpets, but they were rolled up in plastic and not available. On arrival, the fridge had other people’s food in it, including a half eaten yoghurt and it had not been cleaned. The dishes from the last guest were on the bench, not put away. The sink was not clean. The beds were not made. The drawers in the bedroom were dirty with used cotton tips. I had to clean all the drawers before I could unpack my suitcase. There was black hair blocking the drain in the shower. The hairdryer on/off button does not work, and it’s held together with tape and has a burning smell when you use it. I was afraid it would electrocute me. It must be at least 20 years old. The windows are very dirty and need cleaning. There was no plug for the sink, so I had to wash the dishes using a bucket. There is no gym in the building, although the photos in the booking indicate there is a fitness centre. There's a gym nearby, but it's certainly not part of the booking." ~Kari.l
