"Pros: The decor was beautiful, the staff were helpful. Cons: I had a cramped room with a window that wouldn't close properly, causing the relentless wind to create a disturbingly loud noise throughout the night. The pillows were disappointingly flat, and the bathroom was far from clean. What exacerbated the situation was my expectation of a bath, which I specifically booked the hotel for after seeing what seemed to be a bath in one of the advertised pictures. To my dismay, upon arrival, I was informed that the entire hotel lacked a bath, marking it as false advertising. They should have used a shower symbol instead of a bath symbol. I would have gladly paid extra to book elsewhere with the promised bath. Furthermore, the presence of an Asian bed, as opposed to the expected Western bed, coupled with the uncomfortable pillows and the incessant wind, made for a dreadful night. I found myself awake early, eager to leave the unsatisfactory accommodations behind." ~Melissa
