"Pros: Well placed in the vecinity of lake, parking was really handy. Easy access, facile communication with the host.
Cons: The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee maker, but there were no coffee filters, no salt, no pepper, no dish soap, and no sponge.
We stayed 7 nights and the towels and sheets were not changed at all during that time.
The mattress in the open space room was really cheap, had the shape of a boat, really screeched loud."

The Dacha is 2-storey wooden chalet offering self-catering accommodation in Zell am See, just an 8-minute stroll from the Areit Ski Lift. Amenities include free WiFi, a sauna, and a patio with barbecue facilities. The Schmittenhöhe Ski Resort lies 800 metres away. The Dacha Chalet features wooden interiors with stylish furnishings. Upstairs there is a balcony with views of Mount Kitzsteinhornblick. There are modern household appliances, such as a dishwasher, and a flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player. A washing machine and a dryer are available. Guests can stock up on necessities in the grocery stores within in 200 metres of the house. Popular summertime activities include wind surfing and waterskiing on nearby Lake Zell, which is 1.3 km away. From summer 2024, the Zell am See Kaprun summer card will be included in the price. This card offers you numerous free benefits from May 15th. - October 31st, including free use of the cable cars and various entrance fees.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Chalet Dacha mit finnischer Sauna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
