"Pros: Clean Cons: Saw a small brown spider on thr headboard of the bed and had to beat it down. Was nervous after. Noticed also cobwebs floating on the floor. Was a bit of time pressure before leaving esrly morning to put all cleaned plates back into the cupboard etc. afterall people sre there to relax and vacation. Maybe a bit of relaxed rules is good" ~Shirley

"Pros: This apartment is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from a Metro station and about 25 minutes walk from central Vienna. It is clean and comfortable, bright and warm. Everything was in good working order, although I didn't use the cooker or the washing machine. The owner left clear instructions about access, but I accidentally left the key inside the apartment when I went outside on the first day, inadvertently locking myself out. I was able to contact the owner immediately, on a Sunday, went for a stroll, and she had replaced the key in the lock box by the time I got back. I paid by bank transfer, so it was not necessary physically to meet up with the owner at any time. Cons: I would have liked a toaster in the kitchen!" ~William
