"Pros: Good location outside the tourist zone of the Inner Stadt, but close enough to walk there. Lots of restaurants around and good public transit access to get around the city and get to the main train station. We needed room for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a very comfortable room, actually a suite! Staff were very helpful (one of my kids got sick and they let us check out late so my kid could get extra rest). Cons: Not the cheapest, but that was true of almost all Vienna hotels! Laundry service was exorbitantly expensive, but there’s a same-day laundry service just down the street that’s been reasonably priced." ~Claire
