"Pros: The house is modern, big and with all the best facilities. Everything was TOP in the house Cons: The level of support from the agency (TUI/Bellvilla) was TERRIBLE... just an example: 36 mail with no or different reply about very simple questions (the question was: can we have a baby-bed and high-chair for children...) They reply after weeks with standard text and few second later, we got a another DIFFERENT answer from the same mail-adress, but different name. Then we got a call, we explain everything, and few days later we received again different mail from different employee.... unbelievable BAD!!! PS: the host at the location (Nicole) was instead very friendly and supportive :-)" ~Salvatore
