"Pros: The vegetarian breakfast was truly amazing. In addition to the usual coffee, cereal, bread and jam, they had avocado, vegan meat, and a wide selection of cheeses. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were amenable to casual conversation about the history of the area, the building, and the castle ruins nearby. Check-in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: The shower took a little while to get warm, but it had very good temperature control in the end, so this is a non-issue. The bed comfort was only 'okay' for me, but I find this usually falls under 'personal preference'." ~Simon
