"Pros: City Pension is located extremely close to the city center and stephanplatz, making walking around and touring very easy. The staff was available via the phone at the counter or WhatsApp and assisted when needed. Checking inn was easy and the rooms are quite large. Cons: Sometimes there was no hot water in the showers and the room had a certain slightly unpleasant odor to it, probably coming through the toilets (which used an automated pump of sorts). Housekeeping woke us up at the morning of checkout, which we didn't request and was slightly annoying." ~Ben
