"Pros: The apartment is spacious, with useful kitchen amenities (e.g. coffee machine, kettle, fridge) and a nice atmosphere with the small inner yard/parking in front of the window. The host and the cleaning lady were helpful in bringing the iron to the apartment since it wasn't there initially. The location was very convenient for my needs and there were multiple supermarkets within walking distance. Cons: - The instructions about getting a key card from the locker were not useful and I had to contact the host. He didn't answer for some time but eventually did help me over the phone. When I entered the apartment, I realized it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest, so I had to contact the host again. A kind cleaning lady came after probably some 45 minutes from me calling. At the end of my stay and on my initiative, I received a discount voucher for a future stay. - The frying pan should be replaced, the teflon layer was scratched heavily and I decided not to use it. Also, a bowl or two should probably be added to the utensils. - The shower was leaking so there was a need to clean the water from the floor and I was using one of the two towels I was given to do that. - I got the impression that kitchen utensils and some bathroom elements should be cleaned more thoroughly; there are grease/mold stains or just dust that make them less comfortable to use." ~Sara
