"Pros: The cozy apartment is pretty modern and fully equipped: tableware, microwave, dishwasher, separate bathroom and toilet, at the entrance there are also ski racks and ski boot warmer. The mountainview is also fantastic, you can access the garden in each room. We went skiing at Hintertux and it normally takes a 15-minute drive. If you ski at Zillertal it could be just 3 min to the cable car station. Cons: Nothing disappointing actually. There is only one thing to be aware of. During winter the slopes from the main road to the apartment could be icy in the morning. Winter tyres are mandatory, and you'd better drive a car with 4WD and/or snow chain." ~Rio

"Pros: Tux is ideally situated between Mayrhofen and Hintertux, making it the perfect location for exploring all the nearby ski lifts. Public transport is well organized and allowed us to travel easily in both directions when we preferred not to drive. The apartments are located on a hill about 400 meters from the ski lift, offering a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and valley. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The large terrace, breathtaking views, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom all contributed to a cozy atmosphere and a very pleasant experience. You're surrounded by beautiful nature, with plenty of opportunities for peaceful walks in the fresh air — yet you’re still close to a minimarket and the ski lift. Anita was very kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the self-service reception area, where you could grab drinks, snacks, alcohol, or coffee at any time and simply pay at checkout. I’d definitely stay here again! Cons: The only things I missed were an oven in the kitchen and a slightly bigger sofa in the living room — I just like to put my feet up in the evening while watching movies. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay." ~Kremena
