"Pros: This is the sixth time I have chosen this hotel to spend my summer vacation, the previous visits being 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024. Every time I choose the room with a view of the glacier. It is a hotel that offers great comfort, excellent staff, varied cuisine. Staring to 2024, the spa area is dreamy. Cons: I wanted the balcony of room 67 to have flowers, a common thing in Tirol. Many other balconies have them, I don't understand why it's so expensive to put a flower pot. At the restaurant several times beef was served, for example stew. I was surprised to find that the meat is very tough, barely chewable. Or is it a problem with the oven or with the the chef.
