Set amidst the impressive Zillertal Alps, this 4-star hotel is only 2 km away from the Hintertux Glacier. The free ski and hiking bus stops right in front of the hotel. Alpinhotel Berghaus spa offers tastefully furnished rooms and apartments with a flat-screen TV with 60 channels (including SKY sports channels), bathrobes and a balcony with mountain views. Some apartments have a private spa area. The 1,500 m² spa area features a panoramic indoor pool (20 x 7 metres), an outdoor sauna with a natural swimming pond, sunbathing lawn, 3 different saunas, an infrared cabin, sound and massage showers, a relaxation room with panoramic glacier views, a traditional log cabin with waterbeds, and a fitness room. The restaurant serves Tyrolean and international cuisine and it invites gourmets to dine with a panoramic view of the Hintertux Glacier. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet with many products from surrounding farms and freshly made eggs is offered. Half-board is available on request and includes afternoon snacks and dinner with several courses and a choice of dishes. In summer Alpinhotel Berghaus spa offers guided hiking with its own hiking guides. In winter it offers ski guiding and snow shoe hiking for guests. Cross-country skiing slopes are situated directly next to the Alpinhotel.
