"Pros: It was excellent!!!! So ample and delicious. Cons: The front desk person could have been more accurate about information regarding sights. For instance you can book tickets ahead online for cog railway (we spent 40min waiting because we were told you don’t book ahead). They didn’t know that the saltmines don’t let you book ahead currently - we were having a problem booking online. But they did call and figure it out eventually. They said it took 10 minutes to walk to the ferry when it takes 15 for an average speed person. We had to run to catch it and almost missed it! Otherwise they were very nice and friendly." ~Murray
