"Pros: The hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. Comfortable beds and bathrooms were 5 star. Cons: My son selected this for the view, so we were a little disappointed to find the downstairs restaurant was separate from the hotel and not freely available for us to sit and take in the view. We were also disappointed that the room had little to no view. I also believe I paid tax for 3 adults when there was only 1 adult and 2 children staying. I did try to call reception as no one was there to greet us but I got no reply. The breakfast area did not take advantage of the view, it was small and only looked onto the car park. I'm sure if you had a room with a view you would be happy, although the restaurant is very pricey so don't expect a quick snack on arrival." ~James

"Pros: Better to have some home slippers because its too cold and not everyone keeps slippers with them. Cons: Hot water was issue if multiple people take a bath" ~Saket
