"Pros: Comfortable, clean apartment a short walk (10 mins) from the centre of Seefeld. Two good sized bedrooms, both with small balconies off them, were very comfortable. Good sized living room as well. Ample parking space around the apartment building also. Good sized flat screen TV with Netflix, YouTube etc which kept the kids happy in the evening time. The host kindly allowed us to check-in outside the normal hours due to the late arrival of our flight. Cons: Slight mix up on arrival in that the host forgot to confirm the apartment number which meant that I had to telephone the host late at night to gain access to the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked but very small but it wasn't really a problem for us as we dined out all the time. Bathroom is very small and one of the shower doors was broken. Couldn't get connected to the Wi-Fi so we used mobile data all the time. The apartment building interior is quite dated in appearance. The water in the swimming pool could have been warmer." ~Hugh

"Pros: The + : - quite a bit space for a studio, well organized - bright flat with big windows and nice sunrise - quiet flat, away from the main road - free sauna & small swimming pool very much appreciated - large & comfortable bed - nice welcome by Monicare team (they came as well to bring us a missing hairdryer) Cons: The - : - the services are quite greedy (no soap or shower gel, only one toilet paper roll for one week, very small towels provided - not long enough for sauna) - heating system can be suddenly quite loud during the night, even when it is switch off - pillows are terrible, very flat - location is average : for cross-country skiing (or restaurant in city center), you need to walk 15-20 minutes" ~Yannick

"Pros: The apartment was modernised, very clean and had the key things you need. The WIFI was good and we enjoyed using the pool in the basement. There was lots of storage and the beds were comfortable. The area is quiet and a short walk from town. Cons: The bed was a bit noisy when you rolled over and the kitchen. There was also no oven but did have a microwave." ~Amiee
