"Pros: The Breakfast buffet is very good, complete with an omelette and egg chef and good coffee served direct to the table and pretty much anything else you want. Dinner was good on 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. Portion sizes were plenty for 4 courses + salad buffet. Table service at both breakfast and dinner was very attentive and friendly. The pool area on the top floor is excellent, warm with mountain views, loads of pool toys and even a swim up bar. Kids enjoyed the play corner in the dining area.
Our room was quiet and spacious with a mini kitchenette.
Cons: Rather disorganised with the booking. We had booked half board which they didn't confirm at check-in, I suspected something was up and showed our booking confirmation. This was then amended after some more waiting around at reception but when we came down for dinner at 6:30pm with the family no one could direct us to our table and we had to wait while the staff messed around with handwritten lists.
The following day both our room key cards didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. It all seemed a little bit unprofessional for a 4 star hotel.
"All-inclusive" is probably a bit of a stretch as parking cost extra and only beer/house wine/soft drinks at the dinner table were included."
