Completely renovated in 2016, Smileys Seehäuschen is located directly at Lake Millstätter See in Seeboden and offers a cosy holiday home with a lake terrace, where guests can jump right into the lake, and a rowing boat. The holiday home comes with a living room featuring a large seating area, a 50 inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an open fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine and a towel dryer. A walk-in closet is also featured. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including horse riding and windsurfing. A golf course is a 10-minute drive away, while the motorway exit is 1 km of the property. Guests of the Seehäuschen can use the spa facilities and pools for adults and children at the Smileys Kinderhotel. Child care and an indoor and outdoor play area are offered there as well. Ski equipment hire is available at the property and the area is popular for skiing. The Katschberg Ski Area is 34.8 km away, while Velden is 35 km from the property. Klagenfurt Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
