"Pros: One of the best places I've ever been in. Apartment is well maintained, very clean, well equipped, especially the kitchen appliances. Location was great, close to bakery and grocery store, one minute walk. I stayed in 3 bedroom Cozy apartment. There is A/C in the living and dining area, helped a lot in cooling, very rare to have this in valley area. Apartment and main building entrance has security code, keyless features. I liked the place, even my family appreciates this place. It's walking distance to the river and many cafes and restaurants. Side Balcony has a nice dining table as well as seating area, View was great, street is not that noisy, low traffic. I love the showers and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Cozy loft is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. Located in the first floor. Parking space is always available. There is a big size LCD TV in each room and one small in the living room. We have enjoyed our stay at this place. Please, maintain this standard. Note, there is no elevator to take you to upper floors. Definitely, i will come back again. Thanks" ~Abdulrahim
