Nathan in the bar went above and beyond and really looked after us with local information as well as being a great bar manager Cons: Really missed tea and coffee making facilities in the room, would have loved to sit on the balcony with a coffee when we woke up. On the day of departure - we left at 6.15 and couldn’t have a hot drink until we arrived at Innsbruck airport." ~Maria
