"Pros: easy with multiple cards to access the property I left a battery charger and the hosts looked for it, found it and sent it through FOC - fantastic service Cons: small point but we arrived early (12 midday) and asked if we could access the room early - we were aware that check in was not till 4pm (when the text with the key lock number was sent to us) - the house was already cleaned and empty - it would have been nice if we could have been sent the code as soon as it was cleaned and ready instead of made to wait the extra hours" ~Ian
