"Pros: Everything! We were very fortunate being close to end of season as they upgraded us into the 5* Alpine Palace from the Stammhaus. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th it really was appreciated. The hotel and amenities are superb. Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom, and great balcony looking at the slopes. The heated outdoor pool is a real perk, and the spa facilities are amazing. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection and eggs to order. The fresh orange juice was delicious. Right next to a lift up the mountain, great ski lockers. The biggest kudos goes to the staff, absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for you and were so hospitable and friendly, especially the breakfast and reception staff. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it! Cons: Only point would be the pillows…they were terrible. Lumpy with no support and we left with bad neck ache." ~Emma
