"Pros: Nice place, nice rooms. Cons: Not very friendly staff, we were not informed where is the ski room, even not informed about the Winter card which could allow us cheaper cross country skiing tickets ( we found out only because of friends living in a different nearby apartments).Breakfast was very limited with no lactose free options and staff was not actively offering any extras like eggs." ~Kondacova
