"Pros: The Staff in general inkl. Elena and Restaurant Staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and have everything you need. Location very beautiful and quiet surrounded by Mountains everywhere. Sommercard was a very nice addition as we entered many attractions for free. Cons: Extra pillows would be a nice addition as the pillow types in the rooms can be very flat." ~Zena
