"Pros: We were passing through for one night. We are vegetarians and this is usually a problem. However, the host welcomed us with great vegetarian dishes. At our request, we were offered a properly selected local wine for testing with each dish. It was a professional testing and pairing of wines with information about the wines tasted and their producers living nearby. Excellent wines. Breakfast was outstanding. A large selection of excellent quality dery and vegetables and bread.
Cons: If we wanted to stay longer, it would be useful to have a desk in the room for ad hoc remote work."
