Prutz town centre, restaurants, a supermarket and bus stop are within 100 metres of the property. Apartments at the Lutz offer views of the surrounding mountains and a show garden, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Most have a balcony. The property has a ski storage room, and a ski bus stop is located in front of the house.
