"Pros: The property was in good condition, however some attention is required: sink in the kitchen water doesn’t drain, in the shower water doesn’t drain, plug in the leaving room next to the lamp doesn’t work.
Cons: The property doesn’t have any signs about waste, there are wrong information of the property in the instructions book. (In this property mentioned that it has sauna, washing facilities… and more, but actually not of it is exists) it looks like that the manual information was copied from other properties. Difficult was to find any support from the staff, as you have to request their visit. Once all this information was brought to the attention of staff they only apologised and next day sent proper information sheet if the property. We informed the agent about our arrival time, but nobody bothered to meet us and even show the property.
Suggest for the agent:
- provide bin bags for the waste
- provide clear insulation of the property
- provide toilet roll
- provide toilet brush (2 toilets, one brush available)
- leave some basic items for new arrivals (salt, tea, sugar, coffee) so they can have some basic items as this all is available in most of the properties. We arrived 8pm on Saturday and majority of shops/restaurants were closed or fully booked. We find difficult to have anything to eat on that day, and after traveling more than 12 h event cup of tea wasn’t available. In general the property is good for family of 4."
