"Pros: Fantastic host! Awesome location nearby a lot of activities. Perfect for a family of 5! Cons: We decided to give 5 stars, even though one thing was really on 1 or even 0 stars: the agency. No information was passed on to the host, which gave us a lot of problems. Thankfully, the host was awesome. But really: an agency who is not answering, not picking up the phone, not replying to mails? I do not understand how booking.com can accept to have them on the platform. "Pros: The house is spacious, comfy, clean and well equipped. It has both parking lot and a garage. The house location is also great, not far from many tourist attractions. It takes only several minutes drives to the center of Mittersill with shops, restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful host." ~Illia
