"Pros: Fantastic host! Awesome location nearby a lot of activities. Perfect for a family of 5! Cons: We decided to give 5 stars, even though one thing was really on 1 or even 0 stars: the agency. No information was passed on to the host, which gave us a lot of problems. Thankfully, the host was awesome. But really: an agency who is not answering, not picking up the phone, not replying to mails? I do not understand how booking.com can accept to have them on the platform. "Pros: The property is absolutely gorgeous. The entire house is 3 floors and 2 bedroom in top floor and one bedroom is basement. It’s not a dark basement the floor height is so high it feels like ground floor. There is absolutely excellent quality things in the apartment. The whole house is beautiful and organized with every essential things we can think of. The kitchen is old but usable to do essential cooking. Cons: I can’t say anything as bad" ~Elvis
