"Pros: We had an apartment with a balcony with an amazing view of the valley. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. They provided lots of help with maps and walking routes. The hotel is right next to the bus stop and close to the cable car and chairlift. The pool area is very nice and lovely and warm. Cons: The beds were a little hard and so were the seating areas in the living room (also very upright) so it was hard to relax / watch TV in the evening. Access to the pool from the apartment was down the side of the exterior of the hotel near the bins etc. It would have been much nicer from inside the hotel." ~Katharine
