Appartements Achenssee enjoy a quiet location surrounded by meadows, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Maurach and a 10-minute walk from the Achensee Lake. All apartments have a mountain-view balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Each kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is also a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom in every apartment. Free Wi-fi is available in the entire building. The Karwendel Ski Area is 3 km away and the Kristlum Ski Area is 8 km away. A free shuttle bus leaves for the ski areas every hour. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Cross-country skiing tracks start behind the house. Cross-country skiing equipment is available on site for free. In summer, the area around the Achensee apartments is great for hiking, mountain biking and swimming.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
